Baton Rouge Zoo Year Round Family Attraction
 Baton Rouge Zoo is one of the many family-friendly attractions of Baton Rouge, LA that receives thousands of tourists all year round. Located at a distance of just 15 minutes from North Baton Rouge Downtown, the Zoo is extremely popular with kids & adults alike.
The Otter Pond: An interesting exhibit that offers unique underwater viewing of otters. Parrot Paradise: Its home to endless varieties of colorful & rare birds from tropics. Kids Zoo: A children’s hot-spot located near the Safari Playground of the zoo where kids get to enjoy an exciting hands-on-experience with numerous farm animals. While the above mentioned are some of the major attractions of the Baton Rouge Zoo, a trip of the zoo would be incomplete without a ride aboard the scenic Cypress Bayou Railroad or a narrated tour on the White Tiger Tram.
